The Vodafone Crossword Book Awards 2010:Your Chance At Complimentary Reader Copies

The Vodafone Crossword Book Award is one of the most prestigious and popular literary prizes in India, and they are out with their nominations for 2010. If you are a book lover in India, you of course know about the Crossword stores, and their constant efforts at inculcating and promoting the habit of reading amongst children and adults alike.

So this year, as Vodafone and Crossword come together yet again to share some amazing books with us, The Book Worm has been lucky to be given the opportunity of being a part of this much-awaited book awards.

In partnership with the Vodafone Crossword Book Award this year, The Book Worm will be hosting a number of book discussions, know-your-author segments, author interviews, book reviews, giveaways, reader voting and much much more. Several Indian writers will be featured, along with many different genres, and also some translations from original works from Indian languages.

Of course I am greedy, so you need to be a member of The Book Worm to participate. There are a number of books that are being sponsored by Crossword and will be given away complimentary for free. The giveaways will be open only for book lovers residing within India (terms as per Crossword and Vodafone), but of course each and every aspect of these discussions is open to readers worldwide.
